Def Jam recording artist Rihanna was gifted by her management company Roc Nation with a new Jeep Wrangler! She's raked in some serious cash this year what with her $90 million dollar-grossing LOUD tour, her endorsements with companies like Armani, her perfume lines and lets not forget digital sales of her music, so I?d say she deserves that and a private island. LOL.

Jay-Z is the man behind the company which also manages fellow Caribbean celeb Melanie Fiona.

Thanking her boss for the gift, Rih tweeted:

Foot out dat ******, ride dat ****** like a skateboard!!! Thank u to my G'z at RocNation baby!

Not sure what the gift is for exactly, she should prob call up her friend Katy Perry and just let the wind fly through their hair driving down the highway while they blast some wicked break up music.

Selena Gomez is hot and heavy with Justin Bieber much to the chagrin of Bieber's fans, who have directed plenty of hate at the singer because of their relationship. But Selena has a message for them... she understands.

Gomez was making the rounds of radio call in shows, when she phone in to Baltimore radio station Z104.3 for a quick chat with the dee-jay Jackson Blue. After some small talk, the question came up.

"Let's talk about Justin Bieber; he has very avid, loyal fans, who aren't necessarily always so nice to you. Just from starting dating him and taking him off the market, a lot of them seem not to like you. Is that hard for you?" Blue asked.

Selena took the question right in stride. "It's a little odd, but I understand it completely," she replied.

"It's amazing to me to see how many passionate fans there are. So obviously, you've just got to think of the fans first, and that's OK," she added.

Her comments definitely were pretty understanding, especially since she received numerous death threats when she and Justin went public with their relationship last year.

The death threats, which poured out over Twitter, started after the two were spotted kissing on a luxury yacht on vacation in the Caribbean.

Here's just a sampling from gossip site TMZ:

roses are red, violets are blue, @selenagomez if you'll break @justinbieber's heart I'm gonna kill you :3
@selenagomez I'll kill you I swear on GOD!!!!
@selenagomez If you are the Girlfriend of Justin I will Kill you I HATE YOU :@ !!!
@selenagomez ****** cancer ******..like i'mm kill myself cuz i saw you and Justin kissing well thankyou Selena thankyou now i'm killing myself
@selenagomez stay away from Justin pedophile, retard wait i'm gonna kill ya in the night underneath your smelly bed

"Is it kind of annoying though that you can't share your fans?" Blue followed up.

"Kind of," Selena replied. "But it's kind of cool that we have our own individual [fans]."

In the year they've been dating, however, most fans seem to have come to accept the relationship. Selena was especially supportive when Justin got in snared in a baby mama scandal, which still is hanging over his head.

The couple partied like rock stars over New Year?s Eve, hitting a private party after both pulled duty for different television shows in Times Square.

They reported hung out and danced until 3 a.m. at trendy Manhattan club the Glass House. Selena said she had plans to head home to Texas for some rest, which suggests she and Bieber will be spending some time apart.

'VH1 Divas Celebrate Soul': Amy Winehouse Honored With Tribute

"VH1 Divas Celebrates Soul" (Mon., 9PM ET on VH1) honored the greats, as well as those inspired by them. But in a rare twist, it was some of the greats honoring a newer artist when rapper Nas introduced a segment as tribute to the late Amy Winehouse. Sharon Jones and the Dap-Kings kicked it off, later joined by legendary rockabilly singer Wanda Jackson.

About Me

Nina Chantele is doing what no other woman in radio has done before. Her roles as co-host of Chicago's WGCI-FM's popular morning show,"The Morning Riot,” and midday personality of KISS-FM have made her the first on-air personality to do double duty in a major market. She's even doing two different formats (urban and top 40). Not bad for a woman who never intended to become an on-air personality.

Nina has been rocking a mic since 2002. A feat she attributes to her friend and mentor, radio veteran Rick Party. He noticed something special about the Chicago native and strongly suggested that she turn in an air check to local stations. Two-days later she landed a part-time job at WPWX-FM and within a year was offered her first full-time gig at WMIB-FM in Miami, Florida doing afternoon drive. The former medical billing specialist quickly won over the locals and when the ratings came in she received confirmation that radio truly is her calling. Nina was #1. Offers to voice track WSSP in Charleston, South Carolina and WBTT-FM in Ft. Myers, Florida soon followed. In less than two years in the game this rookie was dominating on three stations! Nina Chantele later moved to KXBT-FM in Austin, TX and then KZZA-FM in Dallas, TX. In 2006, she was asked to return to Chicago as KISS-FM's midday personality and after three successful years was offered additional duties with their sister station, WGCI-FM, as part of the "The Morning Riot.” Each morning, she uses her wit and charm to compliment her two male co-hosts and then quickly changes studios to fly solo each midday. In 2010, she added reporting the entertainment news twice a week on 'Good Day Chicago' FOX, to her already jam-packed schedule. May 2011, Nina was asked to join ABC Chicago's 'Windy City Live', an ensemble program that filled the 'Oprah' time slot. 'Nina Knows', appears every week delivering the latest in celebrity gossip and trends.

With every move Nina Chantele has proven that she can hold her own and bring in the listeners. Her friendly "you can tell me anything" persona intermingled with infectious humor, informative celebrity interviews and hit songs keeps her listeners tuned in daily to receive their dose of Latina love.

In this male-dominated industry, Nina considers herself a spokesperson for women. She diligently seeks to represent strong, intelligent, successful, driven women, while encouraging others to work hard to achieve their dreams. This multitalented communicator has also proven herself to be a desirable commodity in the voice over arena. She has done hundreds of commercials and even landed the position as the national voice of Sean Jean's fragrance, Unforgivable.

Nina Chantele spends her free time supporting charitable causes, using the powerful medium of radio to bring about positive change. Upon hearing of the unfortunate death of Frankie Valencia, a DePaul honors student, she actively worked to ensure the scholarship set-up in his name would become endowed; the first funds will be distributed in the fall of 2011. She also let her support to Children's Oncology Services and its One Step Program for children with cancer at Campfire Ball 2011, as the master of ceremonies. The event was attended by several Chicago celebrities. And the organization closest to her heart is the Kleo Barrett Angel Foundation, which assists the victims of domestic violence. She has also helped launch an initiative to encourage Chicago students to attend school regularly.

Nina Chantele may have gotten into radio by accident, but it is obvious that this was her destiny. Her exemplary work ethic, natural ability to draw others near and love for her craft has kept her elevating to new heights and setting records!
